GATE TO GREAT (3): Building Social Intelligence

(This is the 3rd part of the video: "GATE TO GREAT"). Social intelligence is not only at a preserving past values stage, but as a result, seems to be increasing in total. Quality factors accompany volunteers in their training, performance, comprehension about existing situation, and guide them in new levels of perception. This is a factor, that qualifies them to increase their personal and social intelligence. The mixture of all experienced community needs make them to suspect about a team game, that needs further efforts and knowledge. All these make the local residents stakeholders in a zero sum game, a game that even a small detail is important to the final result of everybodys wealth or quality of life. The change that is needed has to be performed by all of them. If someone wins then everybody can win. Otherwise, if they skip this win-win condition, all of them become losers. Benefits in local economy, which is based in coast clear waters, tight environment, are an asset that has proven high income to the local economy. The first steps to green economy are crucial also for understanding.
