Fort Pierce FORT PIERCE, Florida 15 year old Shelwanda Riley, is facing a felony battery charge from a curfew violation incident in which city police officer Dan Gilroy slammed her against his hood and then struck and pepper sprayed her after she bit him.

if she allowed him to cuff her she is defenceless against him .He can do anything to her. I would fight a cop if they tried to cuff me. I wouldnt be able to protect myself against the cops. And dont think that it wouldnt be past some cops to rape or beat her with her hands cuffed behind her back. As women our safty is up to us.

d a lot of complaints filed against him. and that's what I seen with my own eyes with 20/20 vision it was wrong and the ex cop they had talking about it should never have been allowed to talk about it he probably had a lot of complaints in his time of being a cop you could tell by the tone in his voice he was probably a very bad person. like he felt that it was meant to be done. and he agreed with the force that was given.

I think that a trained police officer should have been able to leg sweep her and take her to the ground and then have full control, but he has full control through the whole video. as you can see the force used by the police officer in the video on this video was definitely a dirty cop you could tell by how offended he got when the lady told him that it was too much force and it was easy to see he had control he was so offended that you can tell that he himself was not a good cop. he probably ha

cops everyday abuse their authority. no matter the town ,state,or country. the video plainly shows the cop punching a 16 year old girl in the face regardless of what she had done that was too much forced for a little girl as in the videos you can see plainly. I think that they get the badge and abuse the badge there are a few decent police but there is no such thing as good cops. regardless of how you look at it every person who has a badge feel more empowered by having the badge

That former cop is talking nonsense, no, actually he's lying! There have been cops who just site people for violations, especially minor ones, and give them a court date. If they arrested people for every little thing, they precincts would look like MASH units! Looks intelligent, but silly thing for him to say!
