Sailor Balloon

I created this balloon outfit, named Sailor Balloon, for the BayCon 2006 costume contest. It is based on the Sailor Moon cartoon. For more examples of my balloon art, check out my website at http://www.freedomballoons.com
The costume took 4 people about 5 hours to build. Sailor Balloon uses 160's and 260's. The Cat head used 360's as well as 160's for the whiskers.
The Sailor Balloon costume won awards for workmanship and creative use of non-tradition materials.

That was my first balloon dress. That outfit took about 20 hours to build. I was lucky and had a few balloon twisters to help me with it. which Anime con? (City&date)
