it's not that hard you mean.....
i do kendo and i know it's hard if do this very fast but this speed....i can do too....

Key point: for those of you who cannot read Japanese, do not do 悪い例 (the part after 'sai') as that part reads "bad example", and demonstrates what not to do! The first part seems proper though.
