BIG Wild Wet Waterfall Downtown Spokane, Washington!

This is spring run off of a water fall near me that is in the top 3 in America as far as volume. But when this was shot it was near peak flow. It's interesting that it flows right downtown like this with over 30 story high buildings that you can see. The Clock Tower in the park reminds me of Big Ben in UK. Well sorta..... haha Clock tower here is like just a 100yrs old! ;)

It is one of the prior sites of World Expo and home of Manito Park on the South Hill. Designed by Olmsted Olmsted Brothers that also designed Central Park in New York City!

I will also do some video of the many parks here like Canon Hill, Duncan Gardens and the Japanese Botanical Gardens that are on the South Hill of Spokane later!

Hey Julie. That bridge is over a hundred years old & runs through downtown to the freeway. There is also a foot bridge in the park to an island amongst 30+ story buildings. I live 30mi away in the woods on a lake. Not far from Coeur d'Alene Lake Resort.

Famous for it's floating golf green & Penthouse slide into a jacuzzi hanging out in mid air, out the window! xD

Wow, the Spokane River Falls sure are huge right now. I've been meaning to head back down there to Riverfront Park sometime soon. I guess I should do it now rather than later while the falls are still like this.

I think sunsets are beautiful just about anywhere North of us in Canada. If you've been to Banff area, they probably exceed ours:

Victoria, BC Sunsets can be really awesome too. But for just watching out my windows these here at home are just fine! :P
