Some strange sounds/signal I've heard on January 9 2011 on 10 meter band using my Kenwood TS 140 and half wave dipole antenna. Don't realy know what signal is (sound like some digital modes). If you know tell me !
Always interesting to open the soundwave in a soundeditor program to have a look at the waves...if it is digital "communication" of some sorts, a loop for instances could/ whould appear. If it is "vocal communication" (im not saying ETs) irregularites should appear (regardless of encryption?), unless ofcourse it is a short message being looped.
Looks like you've stumbled upon the control channel of a local (sounds amateur) trunked system. 0:27-0:31 is the scrambling sync data burst required to descramble. Sounds similar to SCADA telemetry protocol, specifically Telegyr 8979 with several seconds of NFM band modulation; most probably a nearby security firm, police force etc communications system for walkie talkies.
Hello, I heard them also in the 90s in the Netherlands on the 11 meterband. Around 27.555

It's kind of Data stream.

It sounds like to digital receivers communicating with each other
