  • I don't think Josh goes far enough with his approach to Beginner's mind. I like to look on it as a state where what is considered routine or "normal" is experienced now from an entirely different perspective. Our culture refers to this as a paradigm shift.

Jesus used to say one must be "born again" to experienct the Kingdom of Heaven. Or he referred to the foolishness of putting new wine in old wine skins. I believe he was trying to desribe the concept of Beginner's Mind.

  • Josh FYI around the time you are 14 15 years old the matrix of your brain changes. Up untill that time mother nature has provided us with the means to soak up info like a a sponge after that time aquiring new habits is not so easy but you will tend to have more direction .How we learn is a mystery but there has been a lot of research done by the US military on the subject. From your videos I can see you are on the right lines.

  • I am doing a series on learning, and will direct my audience to your videos. Thank you for this revelation and perspective
