Spring 2012 Meeting Promo

Do you want to work in television? Do you like being in front of the camera, or running things behind the scenes? Come join Texas Student Television, the nations only digitally licensed sudent run tv station! We broadcast to the UT campus on dorm channel 15 and across Austin on antenna channel 29.1 and cable channel 16.

To join TSTV, come to our general meeting this Thursday at 8 pm in FAC 21 on campus. Doors open at 7:30. You'll get presentations from all the shows and get to sign up to work on them right away! All University of Texas at Austin majors are accepted and there's no tryouts to volunteer, just come check out our presentation! Hope to see you there!

@oxymoronman Unfortunately it's exclusive to UT students. Sometimes we have non UT students act in talent roles for narrative shows, but to handle any of our camera equipment you need to be a UT student.

I go to ACC after moving here from miami 5 months ago where I used to have a college news radio show and studied broadcast journalism. I, however, live in a co op by the campus and was wondering if I could volunteer there or is this exclusive to UT students only?
