your wrong on intelligence it does matter the more you put into it the more skill points you can use to upgrade your stats exp: with 10 full points of intelligence youll have 20 points to add to skills eg barter,big guns, explosives you name it

It will if you haven't manually saved yet. If you've just relied on auto save, then yes. It'll be erased.
