faminists believe that there is always a gender/age inequality... A critique of structural, would be that Minuchin works with parents (not equally with children) and men over women.
However, Structural theroy focuses on the Exec. Hierarchy, so it would make sense that the children would be focused on inequally and well, Minuchin was from a Latino backround... working with poverty stricken populations - so, that seems natural too. Hope this helps.

At the very end, a female peer alluded to a feminist critique of the structural model, saying it privileged parents over children and men over women. Anyone know anything more about what she was referring to? That comment seemed "stuck out there."

I have seen a therapy sesion made by Minuchin in a course, he worked with all the family. It was awasome!!! He made all the work of a year in one sesion!!!

Genial! creo que puedes leer mucho pero es muy diferente y estimulante poder ver un poco de la vida, pensamiento, y obra en viva voz del Minuchin y quienes lo rodean.
Es inspirador su trabajo.
Al final del video sale una leyenda que dice "aviable on dvd and vhs". Quisiera saber en donde puedo conseguir el DVD.
