  • i learnt to swim and smoke when I was 11... coaching was different back then!

    Training 6 days a week, with between 5-8 hours every Saturday and Sunday. Friends, family, life?

    Total 51 IronMan's, 10 in one year... one track mind, not sure if this is inspiring or a warning...

  • your the man homie, 45yrs old, gets up every morning 4:30 am to train before going to work. your shirt proves it with all the sponsers, keep going louie - defy science!

    oh yeah louie i'm sure bodybuilde supplements didnt get you through those harsh ironman races, it your heart!

  • It`s not the only athlete that was bad in sports in the past and become great atheletes in the future. Those people are inspiring for everyone who doesn`t start a sport because they think they have no chance.
