@Reaper5594 It's almost outright stated that the Earth Government is making Red Markers and putting them on human worlds and emplacements for some purpose, but one has to wonder why, considering so far all it's done is cost them a resource-rich world and one of the largest stations in the Solar System. If it keeps them dormant but conversely releases them, then why make more of them in the first place and put them in human emplacements? Seems like a quick way to lose your population, to me.

In the Suffering, some creatures are confusing as hell. The slayers for example have their arms and legs replaced by blades, and their heads are completely separated from their bodies, held in place(sort of ) by some mechanism on their heads. the mainliners can move around using pools of blood, and their whole bodies are covered in syringes, including where their eyes were. really disturbing game.

also, has Dr. Killjoy been visiting? He would have been fascinated with all the creepy stuff.
