i am in the usa and where to buy weed seeds at online that will send them to me with no problem

Your yield will be much larger with a high pressure sodium lamp. I'd recommend 400-600 watts. Also since you're using the 'flood and drain' method Id say you should run your pump on a timer doing 15 minutes at a time 4-5 times a day. Cool looking set up though man.
