I've thought a long time before uploading this. For the most part, Peter's work wasn't harmed by the 80's. I consider this to be the lowest he's ever gotten. :)
And besides, we don't get many PH video-clips. I might upload more soon

  • litzlitz, I guess you weren't the person who had put this video up here a few years ago? Apparently it was removed recently.

As I had saved it to my Favourites, I double checked and it was gone. It was a much clearer quality than this version. If I recall correctly, some people commented it was from a Spanish rock TV show?

  • Yes, it's from the Spanish TV 1986.

However, this is the first time i'm uploading this.

Check if the Black Box promotional clip of Fogwalking is here somewhere, i couldn't find it, as i plan to upload it sometime soon.

  • @PASJONAT51 I think you're right. But i don't find much so called irony in this song. I think its "pop" surface renders quite well the meaning of the lyrics: you've not to be concerned too much by the means/medium of your message rather than the message itself.

"when the movement's more important than the art"

Well, maybe some irony lays on the bottom as well..

  • there's nothing POP about this album. It's great work. Lyrics goddamnit.

  • PH"s attempt to be a popstar a la Peter Gabriel, (unfortunately?) he didn't make it, but he still produces wonderfull music, wich can't be said from the so called stars

  • "And the whole thing falls apart

    when the movement's more important than the art;

    when we're more concerned

with what's been thought than said

this is the moment when the culture's dead" -- The whole truth! I do not know why pHans do not like this song. You do not understand irony??? :)

  • Here is no Fogwalking Litzlitz

    Upload this as you plan

  • I agree, it's kind of a weird album, but one of my favorites just the same.

It gives me a very particular feeling.
