Perfect song, very nice. My son will be level 7 this year and trying out for future stars. How many hours was he working out at this time? 20-25 hrs/week? Twice a day? What region?

He was a level 7. He works out 16 hours a week and only once a day. He competes for region 1.

Awesome! He is really muscular for only 10 years old. His calves and thighs are huge and ripped. He must be the most muscular kid in his grade. Awesome skills too.

Some excellent positions and "preparation for" an anticipated move. It is a pity that almost every "completion" is edited out througout the video, For example:- we see near the beginning a young boy on the horizontal bar adopting the perfect shape for his !back away" dismount...why do we not see the completion....i.e. the dismount itself. It would obviously be excellent as the preoparation positioning of hs body was so accurate. Frustrating! Doug B
