  • Its like a swamp grass blue's version of buckethead..Hes over cookin his blues and greens..A little less blues makes a bigger swamp in the grassy green ,'' Like a sauropod swamp..Jeffs just making sure that if you didn't bring any blues with you ,he'll give you some to take home with

  • To dannyhood66 ~ Ta 4 the comments ☺ Buckethead came along @ a time when I was full 2 brimming of wh@ up 2 then in '92 had been 30yrs+ of misc music listening. I haven't listened to BH or many modern shredders. Seen his 'wiki' page, ffs! He's done so much! Where do I start!!? What would you recommend? I dig F. Zappa, J. Fahley, V. Reid, T. McPhee, A. Belew, R. Fripp, J. Mitchell, A. Lee, C. Berry, T. Iommi, E. Slick, S. Howe & many more, but NOT E.Clapton, G. Moore, SRV, J. Satriani, John5.. ;-j

  • This is one of my favorites! Love it!

  • @FunctiontheArt ~ Mine too! It's one of the least viewed of the "Jeff" album tracks I've uploaded. Hopefully a few more peeps will find and enjoy it as you have, while I have it auto-playing as a featured vid ;-j

  • @ELGROOVER I dig many of the folks you like. I do however love Claptons early cream, blind faith & bluesbreakers stuff. After that he's a pop artist. SRV was also a great imo. But damn bro, I think you agree JB is like another planet to anyone past or present

  • that's a remix & full-on rewrite that i did. very little of the original song remains, for better or worse.

  • Go out driving....in the rain....at 3AM....with this music

  • DIG THIS!!!!

  • @5150III So I never tabbed it, but I learned it. I've since forgotten it but damnit if my dad and a few friends didn't tell me I should stop playing or write music because I'm that good now.

    Hmm.

  • @ELGROOVER Cool! At least your open minded to check buckethead out..I guess you'd already have to be if you into Zappa and Tony iommi. !aH.The album that stole my heart at first was 'Colma' is mostly acoustic and the first thing that grabbed me was 'big sir moon'.Most of the songs are pretty, Im not sure what style it is maybe new age? Songs like "i love my parents"and Hills of eternity"are beautiful..Some of jeff becks playing reminds me of buckethead.Jeff was known before he was even born69

  • love the blues/funk/rock!

  • For some reason this song makes me picture the solar system.
