The cattle owner has been LEGALLY Leasing the land from the BLM. The BLM is falsely claiming that the cattle owner is not using the land to graze cattle or is not using the minimum acreage of grazing land to justify Leasing the land to the cattle owner. The BLM wants to confiscate the land or use eminent domain to retrieve the land for developing the underground water resources for the urban populations in Southern Nevada but profitable cattle ranchers have efficiently used the land for140+years

Let me get this straight... There are people who are using public land to graze their cattle on, without permission from the BLM. Then the BLM goes in and confiscates the cattle. And this is going to start the next civil war? Come on people... pick battles you can win.
