This is one of my favorite songs ever. I just love the lyrics and the whole overall sound of the song. It's by Ani Difranco, one of my favorite guitar players and songwriters. As always, Ani has messed with the tuning. This song is in C# G# C# G# G# G# :) Enjoy!

nice...what tuning you using here, I play it different with the top string dropped to a B, but it sounds and looks like you do it different to get the harmonics, which are a real nice touch by the way :)

CGCGGG all sharped is the tuning. its a pain to get it just right.

dplatt2000, or you can just tune to CGCGGG but use a capo on the 1st fret. =]

that is true, but the great point of the song is how open and ringing the guitar is when you hit the strings all open. I doubt that a capo (especially with a guitar with shotty intonation) would keep this wonderful ringing sound produced without the capo.
