WTF IS THIS SHIT.
your ass is off the bench - instant disqualification in powerlifting rules. Not to mention ur 'spotter' is helping you on each rep. Do a real bench.

You were doing twice your bodyweight, and even doing it with terrible form and a spotter is still good. I've seen worse form than you at the gym, but usually off sted-heads

Strong but its limit. Spotter help you too much, boucing on your chest is pretty dumb and clearly, you couldnt control the weight

Arch is proper...so long as your a** stays on the bench, jacka**.
It also helps if your spotter doesn't help you on every rep...
