@FaecereTricking absolutely. There's a myth that handbalancers need to be super lightweight - you can lift weights, be heavier, and perform well in handbalancing!

do you ever do planche pushups?

this is really awesome

Imagine if it was possible to perform this without the elbows resting, on a bar or the rings. That would be even more incredible than that pure tricep muscle up

@BeastSkills I'll keep that in mind. I appreciate your sincerity and your time.

@HerculesDad NO, just a real hard working honest 19 year old athlete running an online fitness business , changing the world and discovering what is possible. Trying to get the finances together to pay for my sick mother everyday pushing myself to become greater than the day before by doing things that no one else is willing to do so I make sure not to be like them because I look around me and refuse to accept the mediocrity and the way the world tries to pull people down.
You my friend, are a savage... To start with these should i use a wall for balance?

@doubleomc Yes, you can definitely start off with a wall for support. Half the challenge of this skill though is finding balance freestanding! Good luck!

Hey could you give us some insight into what your nutrition is like? What do you mostly eat/drink? How often do you eat meals?
YTvoyeur1 10 months ago
@YTvoyeur1 Basic stuff - Meats, cheeses, eggs, oatmeal, rices, potatoes, fruits, veggies, nuts. Drink milk on and off. Avoid processed foods. Eat at least 3 square meals a day, plus snacks/protein shakes. No secrets.

BeastSkills...hey, aren't you the cat that modeled for Convict Conditioning by Paul Wade? If so, much obliged. I'm 6'6", 235, and a 600-lb. deadlifter, but I had no idea I was that weak! Man, that book has been humbling. I can do deep situps on a decline bench with a 200-lb. dumbell on my chest, I can do 5 strict dragon flags, but my hip flexors are toast after 20 knee tucks! WTF?!? Fun and informative clips, man...keep up the good work.

@WhereIsMyMind9077 You got it, that's me. I'm a bit heavier than I was in that book and this video. Tipping the scales at 180-185 lbs now, working my way up to a 550 deadlift myself. Glad you like the clips! Good luck with all your training!
