Sounds like the government working with wall street to take Americans money , I see no difference other than Haiti starting off with even less to begin with (like clean water,food,shelter)!

The earthquake made 1.6 million Haitians homeless. NGO's took in 2 billion dollars in contributions to aid those Haitians. Divide 2 billion by 1.6 million and you find that the donations come to $1250 per homeless Haitian. Take $1250 and make yourself homeless and see if that is enough to get you back on your feet.
