I do Colorguard at my high school too. You girls are really good! That last toss you do is amazing. I'm trying to see how you do it so I can practice it!

It's not very hard. It's a stir toss with sunshine free arms.

Stir bottom 1, 2.

Stir top 3, 4

Then toss a single, but remember free arms.

That's really the best I can explain it. I don't pride myself on being an instructor...haha.

i signed up for color guard tryouts thiking it was easy, IT IS NOT! there are so many rules, so many guidlines, so much so many so fast. its ovrwhelming. even a simple spin took me like 20 mins to master. yesterdar were the actual tryouts, and I MADE IT! i was so glad. i had given so much into it. my hands are bruised and battered up. and man its so worth it....
