Pokémon Resort Blue Version - Title Screen Revamp, Bubbles and new layout!

i revamped the titlescreen a little...

credits to linkandzelda for the bubbles in the liquid crystal rom, honestly i couldnt draw bubbles in the way they are supposed to fit, so thanks...

let me know of your opinions, and please subscribe if you havent done already, i will distribute this hack at the popular pokecommunity once im done with it all, and in a few months time, expect the first public BETA :3, so for now, enjoy my new revamped titlescreen

@LeonardoROFLCOPTER in japan the original games were red and green, but in everywhere else it was called red and blue. when they made the third genration remakes for the original games they never made waterBlue only fire red and leaft green. I'm pretty sure the pokemon community asked for one but they denied it.
