THE REAL BARACK OBAMA - JUDGMENT

If you think W's administration was the first to do these things you've led a sheltered life, LOL. Ever heard of the "Cold War"? Tax cuts aren't a handout but returning what rightfully belongs to us (who work) in the first place. A major problem is runaway social programs that bleed money, with much of those funds ending up in the hands of the lazy. Clinton's last year in office was an economic disaster for which Bush had to inherit, but few choose to remember that.

And this is meant to justify such activities? I know my history- red scares, McCarthyism, Watergate- honestly, what's the point here? It was as repugnant then as now. Bush just combines such amoral practices with a severe lack in long term judgment. Hurray. As for economic problems, how are social programs that cost more any worse than these titantic war debts we've accrued under the guidance of the republicans? Tax and spend becomes barrow and spend. What happened to fiscal responsibility?

How do you know that Obama will be more moral? He might be worse. As far as taxes, how do think Obama will pay for all the programs he wants to fund? Dems. are equally if not more loose when it comes to our money. The war will end but once you start a program it is virtually impossible to end it. In fact, they get out of control because none of our leaders (on either side) want to stand up and put limits on it. Examples are Social Security, Welfare, Income Tax, now gov't funded healthcare?
