First of all, this was timed right. Second, there was a play that this video didn't show, when Michigan had 12 players on the field. Michigan State used their timeout on the play, but according to rules, since their was a penalty, the officials should have given MSU the TO back, but didn't. So MSU, could've used their timeout they should've had, if the refs weren't stupid. So stop bitching about this.
