@BADALASS Indeed. In the scene where Adama is talking to Adar, he even says, "Mr. President, two of my Star Fighters are under attack."

The "Hole" show was Star Trek:Deep Space 9. they most definitely had model work, but eventually worked inthe cgi in later years. Acutally they did had some cgi at the time during the late 80's. Not alot. The only show was completely cgi was Babylon 5.

@Bladestar7 FYI, Star Trek Next Generation was almost exclusively model work. In the hole show they only used CG a hand full of times.

@gmansi Of course they did. Back in those days, those special effects cost a fortune to make. It wasnt until the late 80's and early 90's when this sFX could be done with computers/cgi ex: Babylon 5/Star Trek the next generation.

This looks a lot like the original Battlestar Galactica. Even the joysticks are the same.

@MrEhGames Actually, the Starfighters in Buck Rogers were developed from the original concept for the Viper fighters in Battlestar Galactica
