none of the nars blushes are matte,even the cream ones...
I own luster, it is sheeny on the cheeks, bu there is an obvious amount of shimmer in the pan.

All I can say is..WOW!!! that is 25 each minus 20 percent off! but still...WOW!!! Im so jealous right now! I love nars:-)
