Fear of the unknown is so spot on; my fear is so unquantifiable and abstract that it's just an almost physical feeling that stops me and I can't put my finger on it, so I end up doing nothing because that makes me feel better?!? It's strange, but the more stuff I do to break it down the better. Thank you very much indeed. You look fantastic too!

Great post! Kind of reminded me of what I was reading recently in Brian Tracey's book Eat The Frog, where he says that the best way to go about eating our worst frog - i.e. to tackle our biggest challenges, & fears (such as fear of success) is to just do it, just getting started is often the biggest hurdle to jump & once we've got over that bit, the rest is often easier than we anticipated.
