@1091Floyd21 the hairs will always grow back, unless you have them lazered. but if you pluck or wax, they will stay away for much longer and you wont get any nasty stubble :)

I have a few small hairs between my 2 eyebrows which I always didn't like. I am afraid that if I pluck them I might encourage their growth. If you pluck them by the root does this mean they won't grow back, because I don't want it to look like a shaven area?
