LEXION 595R in corn at the Farm Progress Show 2009

LEXION 595R with C516, 16 row corn head, harvesting at the Farm Progress Show 2009. The moisture was 40% avg. and the LEXION led the pack in lowest grain loss at 4-5 kernels/sq. ft. This equates out to about 0.2% loss.

Typically yes, but the show must go on... green corn or brown corn. This became a true test for the combines in their performance, capacity, and overall capabilities since harvesting such high moisture corn can be considered virtually impossible to harvest.

If the corn was fully ripe she should be well able for 18 or 20 rows then ??

Of course the demo model would be tweaked a bit ;-)
