i always loved this movie less hystical, but i also believed she was right to kill her childern, and it takes ao much strength to do so, easier to allow childern to live , almost selfish to do so though, if more africans had done this slaverty would have been shorter, look at native amercian they couldnt keep them also atlot had to do with conditoins warmer places had more of uprising
