  • With the yoga, I say keep going with it, it's long but get thru as much of it as u can. I didn't care much for it before, well the first two rounds, but round 3 and this round I love it. Right now I only do 43 mins because I do it at wk during lunch. Ur almost done keep pushing.

  • Your attitude it still positive we are in your corner sweetie. Hold on I know you will reach your goal. I'm not doing P90X, but I'm making progress with my program. I'm working out tonight

  • I know how you feel about getting into your 90's..I'm trying to get out of the 80's and they just won;t let me free. Good luck to you and stay positive.

  • Keep Pushing Play and as far as meal they have some pretty cool recipes in the insanity meal plan let me know what you like to eat and i will post some recipes for you!

  • don't replace yoga.. it is good for you.

    All it takes is a positive mindset.

    if your Kempo X days fall on Saturdays you can do kempo on yoga days and vice versa. I used to hate yoga as well then i realized that the weight lifting + abs= 1hr 18 min and yoga is only 15 minutes longer. stick with yoga once the first half is done you're practically done.

    I am on week 10 and have posted my 60 days pic! I lost ~ 20lbs and can't wait to start round 2.

  • i feel you on that yoga.. iwas thinkung the same thing... i was thinking about trying plyometrics instead or doing cardio again... not feeling yoga at all.... i am starting week 8 monday... i know he said yoga is important and i'm not gonna discourage you against it but i personally can;t get with it and i have tried over and over again
