My second iPad Garage Band track. Imagine if you will, a subtle jazzy bluesy, my version of both anyway, tribute to Weird Al's work, but spun around the tale of a simple fellow who upon walking down the street is accosted. A panhandler will not take no for an answer, a mere quarter, that he doesn't have to give the man, costs him big. His eyes? Yeah. This panhandler meant serious bidness. :( The photos of the slideshow video were taken with an iPhone and edited in Ulead VideoStudio with the quickness, trying to just get it on Facebook ASAP.
The story enclosed and the fictional work represented is in no way making light of the homeless' plight. I have been homeless and had some odd experiences with panhandlers before, yes, but overall I usually try to help if possible, and IF they actually need it. Sometimes they do not, and it makes me feel that I really was STABBED IN THE EYE.
@Subterranean666 I agree. However, shorter in this case means less chance to mess it up. I believe my first iPad-composed album will be satires and parodies in this vein, but different themes. Thank you for the kind words!
