@DJDoubleBass You can also use your own slipmats, but you have to cut them to fit the 9" platter. I just use the ones that they came with because they feel great. These players are a bit more sensitive than analogue turntables, but nothing major.
@djgeorge68 Thanks for the props! I preordered them so I've had them longer than anyone I know, and so far they've been pretty reliable. There were a few minor bugs with the very first firmware that they came with. They've since released an update that makes them operate smoother with CDs, adjusts little details, etc.
The platter feels great, better than ANY that I've felt, and I've felt them all. The slipmats that they come with are thin, maybe slightly thicker than butter rugs.
Hey Bro, nice videos, setup and mixes. I've been reviewing the denon dn-s3700s since they came out. How's the moving platter response and feel as oppsed to analog turntables? Is it loose or tight? It's for mobile DJing for me not club djing.
