This video shows how I trained after a bad elbow injury. It is simple and shows basic exercises of how I trained my chest, shoulders, back and arms. You will find the video has no false promises. It is straight forward and to the point.

  • @goulby - great answer. Baz

  • @sharpfraps i have the same thing mate, people say u shud feel sore but we're all different. I made decent gains and never had any real soreness in biceps. I just put it down to myself recovering faster and the fact its a very smal muscle group. You will still make gains whatever, but at what rate is the question. :)

  • @sharpfraps - yes it certainly will help with fat loss. Baz

  • @BazBlog hey, after every workout, if i go cycling, will it help to reduce belly fat?

  • @RavenfaceBand - thank you that is a wonderful compliment. Baz

  • @sharpfraps - That is normal. You will feel it when you train. An hour after it will possible feel like you have not trained. I find I feel just a bit weak after I have trained. Not every time do I feel stiff the next day or so. You have to have a real outstanding training to keep getting stiff. It is really hard as you get stonger and fitter. The muscles are still growing provided you are eating right and giving your training your all. Baz

  • @BazBlog oh, and one more question, whenever i train my biceps and deltoids etc, i only feel sore in it when im training it, i dont feel sore after i done my workout neither do i feel sore the next day. am i still growing it? or im just training my strnegth and not growing any muscles?

  • @keyinname- Feet slightly less then shoulder width. Have the dummbells over the feet. I then focus on the hamstring doing the pull as I straighten up.Lift your chest but don't Just put your shoulders back & down, head inline with rest of your spine.

Pull - keep the dumbbells close to your body, roll it over your knees and thighs until your hips and knees are locked. Do not lean back at the top. Baz

  • @BazBlog hey baz..I love your vids..they really help me a lot..by the way can you teach me how to do a deadlift with dumbbells..thanks

  • @kingofcraig - The T shirts are a great idea and quite a few people have asked so it might be something I will look at in the near future. Baz

  • @sharpfraps - I am sure your chest will grow but you will have to strengthen your arms. It sounds like they are weak so you are not getting the full benefit of doing bench press because your triceps might not be strong enough. Do what you can but focus on your shoulder and arm strength. Baz

  • @BazBlog hey when i did my chest workout, i dont feel sore in my chest but instead i feel it in my arms, is my chest muscle growing?

  • @BazBlog Thank you Baz, I have seen it and will try them. Did you think of doing t-shirts by the way, i think you would do well as you are respected and such a nice helpful guy, you should try and have some, i would buy one :)

  • @kingofcraig - I have a video showing them on one of the leg training videos. Good luck with it. Baz

  • @BazBlog Thank you Baz, I am unsure what a Bulgarian split squat is, but I will look it up, thank you again for the advice : )

  • @kingofcraig - you have to be patient. It will take time. What you are doing is right. Eat well and lose some more body fat and with the squats they will go. I would probably do some Bulgarian split squats as they a brill for the bum tightening. Baz

  • @ytMarkcg - thanks very much for the really kind compliment. I hope your training goes well. Baz

  • Baz... you do great videos...I like your presentation...the information is to the point and well expressed. Glad to see your elbow is on the mend...Keep up the videos...I truely appreciate them...

  • Baz - Do you know any workout that is good for toning the gluteal (bum) muscles, this is not a joke I as some men have or feel though I have quite a big bum and do not like it, I do lunges and squats and run a lot to burn fat but I find it does not help me much, any ideas anyone? Thanks. I hope all is well and keep up the hard work : )

  • @Kypaav - cheers my friend. Baz

  • @BazBlog Thanks for answering my questions! Have a nice day :)

  • @iTzeXile13 - thanks very much for that. I do not feel a day over 30 but the face tells its own story. lol Thanks for the support. Baz
