I know this is an old comment but anyway...
They weren't trespassing that land is actually public property, not owned by $cientology. Furthermore, AnonOrange was baited into walking over there because they were messing with his car. AO's car was legally parked on the paved shoulder of the road and Scientology security set up road flairs around his car with the flames pointed towards his tires. He went to go talk to them, and they tackled him.
