http://www.peachpit.com/authortips - Digital artist Bert Monroy shows you a new approach to creating and manipulating 3D objects in Photoshop CS4 at Photoshop World Las Vegas, 2008.
Anyone know if you can wrap texture around the object? Or is it limited only to the surfaces in view?
Let's just say I want to wrap some text around a bottle to create a label. Is this plausible in Photoshop or am I best creating a flat texture and applying it in my 3d program?
The title is wrong, only CS4 Extended has 3d capabilities.

Well I did try the 3d in Photoshop CS4 but it was really unstable so I switched to Mudbox. Great move!
