Why did u have to keep emphasizing that you don't relate to the characters...was it because they are black...hope not...black people are just as much a part of the human experience like any other...was it because the movie is about lesbianism....well that was just the identity issue they chose...but the core message of the film...is quite universal....being true to who you are no matter what...all should relate.
