I am a very anxious and scared flyer, but go away twice a year. The flying can hinder the enjoyment of being on a nice holiday but i have always said I wont let my fear beat me.

I am due to go to USA in a few weeks and I am finding it hard to face following a scary flight just before Xmas.

Having just watched your video, I have realised that maybe my fear is starting to take over, and I should get myself booked on a course to try and break it... thanks for making me see it, and taking action.

@smukky123 I avoided it for over 20 years and an hour into the course I realised I had missed the enjoyment of flying.....I now make and take loads of videos of the flights that I do ....check them out on mickynoname....its a total pleasure going away now .....and remember ... a boat flies on water ...a plane flies on air ......also turbulence.....its just the same as a car going over cobblestones......I find reminding myself of these so reassuring on take off and in turbulence HAPPY FLYING

Very good video well done :) Dont worry about flying its the safest way 2 travel. its safer than driving, taking a boat or a train etc :) keep up the Great avaiation videos :)
