Vegan diet isn't crazy. Some people who doesn't know how to plan a vegan diet with proper rotation are the ones who are more likely to be insane.
You have to know when to rotate out of vegan diet so you can balance your system.

@visualvision well being vegan isnt as hard as most people think, I was once a vegan but it just was not for me... I missed the benefits of milk and also the chicken and fish flavors. But I was a vegan for about 1 year 8 months solid. But being a vegan requires 100% commitment like everything else in this world... which I found easy. Go to a local book store or to a shopping mall if they have a vegan/vegetarian cook book store... Or if you'd like I could give you my old vegan cook book.

heres my thing with being vegan or a vegetarian. this si not directed at u just in general: I think its a lazy persons cause. It requires no work on the individuals part and yet they get this warm, gratifing feeling like they are actually making a difference. My view is The person didnt want to take a cause or get really involved in something nobel that takes work. no, they dont do something hard like trying to get an innocent death row inmate out of jail they pick an easy "Movement". One....

@kilkolio There is more than one way to make cookies. The ones I'm eating in this video happen not to have milk or eggs in them.

......only requires them to "NOT" put something in their mouth. I think that is OH, so lame. especially when they get all "High and mighty" over it and preach to others. My thing is yeah dude, dont talk down to me about my food having a face and crap cause u are not making a difference at all. I try to tell people to be a REAL ACT-ivist not just a TALK-ivist. No offense to u, just my opinions

@jazzerpup69 I agree, the "high and mighty" preachy ones are crazy. Again, I've always held the attitude that it's just an eating habit. This isn't how I intend to change the world. I'm a vegan mostly because I feel healthier as one, not because I think it's somehow going to end animal cruelty or start a revolution or anything.

what's the biggest change in your life that you've noticed since becoming a vegan? just curious.

@justinhabit honestly, mostly the pressure to research food because people always ask me about it. Other than that and my eating habits, not much else has changed - though I do feel much healthier. A lot of vegans would disagree with me, but I've always had the attitude that it's just an eating habit, not a lifestyle. If it affects people or animals or any part of the world for the better, that's great. If not, it affects me for the better, and that's enough for me :)
