No, make sure it's organic honey. The stuff you see in walmart is just honey flavored corn syrup

so do I just buy honey from wal-mart and use it? I am confuse. Is there specific honey?...I sorta thought Lemon was good. I have used it in the past. But like someone said, it's best to change diets it works for me(I did a try and error and discovered my diet was definitely the problem)

@fizthebiz17 yes exactly.. lemon juice + honey = best for your skin... in my case i leave the paste of honey with lemon for about 30 minutes then i get to sleep.. lemon juice has salicylic acid content and can fight pmples faster. and lemon can make your skin glowing and vibrant. lemon juice and honey..

OMG ppl.. i used honey and lemon mix together and my pimples are gone..!!!! i swear it's effective.. my skin becomes smoother and BALANCE.. less oily..

Thought this can help sometimes, I'd really recommend treating yourself with an Acne Diet over this. Acne comes from the inside, so that's where people need to fix it from. Not the outside
