  • if he says apexi ONE MORE TIME ill cry

  • APEXI SEALS??? AE88??? God you're a clown.

  • You should learn a little more about the auto industry, maybe even study in the industry and become a mechanic like myself (30 + years) become posting a video about the rotary engine. "APEXI" seals, I laughed so laughed when I heard that, and have enjoyed reading everybody else's comments on your mistake. Believe me, your type will never be building cars for me.

  • Also forgot to mention I street posted that sucker.

  • These motors are so easy to rebuild.. I rebuilt mine running strong 2500 miles so far! Just make sure you fix the issue causing it, and what was damages by checking the clearances and micing everything.

  • you would of been better just buying a new motor ass hole he speent more fixing it then just buying wone

  • I didnt bother rebuilding my 13b, sold it to a buddy who was rebuilding his own, and I did a 5.7 liter sbc swap into mine instead.

  • Cost of an RX7 N/A or Turbo Rebuild Kit, 1000 - 1200 Dollars, depending on intent. Difficulty of rebuilding the engine? Er, well... Speaking from an amateur mechanics perspective, its simpler than a traditional piston engine. Porting, yes, do it while you rebuild. Porting is skilled work certainly, but by no means an astronomical challenge. However while working, a skilled hand and mind should mirror as closely as possible, the various ports. Not doing that makes you a fool, which loses power.

  • great video blue bear

  • Wow. What a Jackass. Just because it's an '88 corolla doesn't make in an AE88. Still an AE86. And it's APEX seals. And rota's are easy to rebuild. Even a dumbass like this guy could do it.
