Ch.22

Last Chapter, Kaitlyn woke up and found tons of yellow flowers and a rose, then a note from Nick. Then Elliot made a truce with Nick. Also, Elliot is sad that Kaitlyn is leaving to go on tour with Nick.

REMEMBER: Nick said he was going to give Kaitlyn a birthday present, no matter what. Also, Katie, Emily, Breann, and Jake are also going on tour with them.

It is about 3 hours before they have to leave for tour. They are all in the living room. Nick is going to give Kaitlyn her present. Kaitlyn, Nick, Kaitlyn's Dad, Kaitlyn's Mom, and Elliot are sitting on couches in the living room.

Nick—Okay. So I know that you are going to want to keep in contact with your family while you're gone.

Kaitlyn—Uh, huh.

Nick—So, I got you this. *Nick gives her a box that is wrapped in green paper that says Happy Birthday all over it.*

Kaitlyn slowly takes off the wrapping. Then she sees what it is. It is a new cell phone. A Samsung Juke. Kaitlyn gasps and then screams.

Kaitlyn—YAY! Thank you so much! *She gets up and hugs Nick*

Nick—No problem. It's all paid for. And also some credit goes to your parents, who told me what phone you wanted and they put you on their plan. But I will be paying for all of your bills.

Kaitlyn—No! I don't want you to pay my bills.

Nick—Kaitlyn, I get tons of money every year. I can deal with it.

Kaitlyn--*sighs* Fine.

Nick laughs.

Kaitlyn—Thank you Mom and Dad! *goes and hugs them*

Mom—I'm glad you like it.

Dad—Have fun with it!

Elliot—Oh and Kaitlyn. I also got you something. Here *he pulls out a charm bracelet. There are already three charms on it. Together it says 'Best Sister Ever'*
Kaitlyn—Oh! I love it Elliot! *goes and hugs him.*

Elliot—Glad you do!

THREE HOURS LATER:

Kaitlyn is standing by the door, about to leave. Nick, Joe, Kevin, Katie, and Jake are in the Tour bus.

Kaitlyn--Well I guess I have to go....

Mom—Oh, I'm going to miss you so much! *Kaitlyn's mom wraps her arms around Kaitlyn.*

Kaitlyn—I'm going to miss you too mom. *Kaitlyn's Mom lets go*

Dad—I'm going miss you Kate, *goes and hugs Kaitlyn*

Kaitlyn—you too.

Elliot—Wow. I can't believe your leaving.

Kaitlyn—Yeah, I know. It's crazy.

Elliot—Bye little sis. *Hugs Kaitlyn*

Kaitlyn—Bye big bro.

Kaitlyn walks out the door. She's almost to the end of the stone walkway when she turns around and waves. And you can see the slightest tear on her face. You can see the same thing on Elliot's face. Kaitlyn turns back around and walks onto the bus. She takes one last look at her home. And then gets on the bus.

FOUR HOURS LATER:

Emily and Breann have been picked up and are in the bus also. Everyone is really bored watching T.V., on the tour bus. Joe is starting to fall asleep on the couch.

Reporter—the hott teen sensations the Jonas Brothers are now restarting their tour. They had stopped the tour because of such bad traffic. Now they are back, we also have found out the town they have been staying in since. Elkheart, Wisconsin [[THANKS Elliot for the name]] where a lucky guy happened to get a picture of Nick, the youngest of the brothers, with a mysterious girl. *a picture of Nick and Kaitlyn in the park*

Everyone is now wide awake watching the news intently.

Reporter—our one lucky guy who called, who wanted his name kept anonymous, said that the lucky girl's name is Kaitlyn Jane. Hope the fans don't take a negative reaction to this, right Lisa?

Lisa (other reporter)—Absolutely. But I have to say that is one lucky girl. Now onto sports.

Kevin turned off the T.V. and turned to look at everyone.

Kaitlyn--*who is extremely mad and squeezing her fists at her sides* Sam.....

Joe—that jerk who called me a crybaby and said he wanted you back after he hurt you?

Kevin—*talking to Kaitlyn* How do you know it's him?

Kaitlyn—Cause the reporter said it was a him, and he didn't want his name to be said, AND he said he wanted me back. This would be the perfect way to get me away from Nick. The pressure, the girl fans won't like me, so it'll end up being too much and I'll leave.

Kevin—Oh.

Kaitlyn—But I won't let it happen. I'm not the same person I was when I was with him. I don't care what other people think anymore.

Breann—Good for you Kaitlyn.

Emily—Yeah, good for you.

Katie—you show them, Kaitlyn.

Kaitlyn--*talking to Kevin* you should check your MySpace, just to check what the fans reaction is.

Kevin—Okay. *He grabs the laptop*
WHAT WILL HAPPEN????? IS IT REALLY SAM WHO GOT THE PICTURE??? WILL JOE KILL SAM???? WHAT WILL THE FANS REACTION BE TO KAITLYN??? FIND OUT IN THE NEXT CHAPTER OF...DON'T WANNA BE JUST FRIENDS!!!!!!!!
