Costume Society of America (CSA) volunteers provided conservation, storage and curatorial assistance to the Colonial Dames research collection housed at the William Hickling Prescott House in Boston, MA during the 2011 CSA Angel's Project.

The CSA Angels' Project is an ongoing endeavor which provides conservation, storage and curatorial assistance to small collections across the country. CSA member-volunteers provide the expertise and human resources with most of the necessary conservation supplies donated from museum-industry businesses. The deserving collection is selected in or near the host city of our yearly symposium.

Each CSA Angels' Project offers the Costume Society of America membership a valuable opportunity to acquire and exercise collection care, management and conservation skills. We hope you'll join us for our next Angels' Project!
