Here's a little video, of how to save your photoshops cs3 animation in .AVI file .. and not in .GIF.. hope it works..

i Cannot select the Quick time Export.
It is always stuck at the image sequence.

you can't after you render your video ?? .. there are several options. . you can use quick time . and then you can convert to AVI .. you can use this program that's called.. MPEG_streamclip.. let me know if it works ..
