It really would'nt make much difference anyway if they were tuned cause by the time you get over 300 ponies you'll be done spent a fucking million so I just said fuck it with my 03 max and went american with my 03 cobra I just bought.

Just because you don't see Fast and Furious looking cars doesn't mean they aren't tuned or upgraded. A couple of those were boosted. Almost all the cars are modded....its just not flashy looking that's all.
