Looks like some water got on the film. If digital, looks like some mist got on the lens. Possible light refraction from all the reflected light on that street. You can make out another partial one below the main one you focused on, btw.

@konjuer I totally agree with you on this. I'm also thinking it could be a reflection off of the window they were taking the photo through.

@supergooddeal this shot was taken from the street. The only glass between the camera's sensor and the subject was the lens. We checked all of our other shots, including ones with stoplights and we did not have any light spots. Thanks for your comment.

I take random pictures of the sky and the the other day I found that in a picture that in one of the pictures there were two orbs in the sky. They looked a little fuzzy at first but then I decreased the brightness and increased the contrast and you can clearly see them! If anyone is interested in the picture (photography expert) feel free to contact me. And check out the video that I uploaded of two very weird cloud formations over Teterboro NJ at around 7am.

They are not UFOs they are Russian rockets messing up. Just like over Norway so nothing to worry about, just some rockets go back to sleep, UFOs dont exist right. lol
