Lol. It's called morale. What do you want? A President with a stick up his rear? The key is to be able to be serious during the 'command' moments, and to let people be people when you're not in a 'battle'. Sure, if there were Mortars raining down on Falcon stadium, I'd be skeptical, but there weren't. I was there (and so was the Secret Service *gasp*). The President was showing a human, personal side to the cadets, not the Commander-in-Chief about to order an attack side.
