OMG man this is making me really jealous that I don't have the money for any of this. How much did it cost all together. And how much did just the recorder cost? Do I need an HD xbox?

I have almost the same setup. My problem is that my audio from the hauppauge is coming into the mixer before video. How do I fix that? If you go to my Ustream page Raw Game Play and watch my video you'll hear the audio before you see the game play.

I don't understand what your problem is - what are you trying to achieve, and what exactly is happening now instead of what you want to happen?
