  • Great band and tune. Damn, this takes me back!1 Thanks. :)

  • I was an announcer at ZZZ back in the 80s and got to interview these guys. Great song and they were absolute gents, friendly, engaging and passionate about their music.

  • comprendi... fenomenali, grandi. I agree. Brilliant. Classic. I thrashed it out to the Sacred Cowboys when "I Got Drunk at the Crystal Ballroom" every week. Probably also at the Espy and the POW. $10 pocket money, 1 bottle cider and 1 bottle port to share btwn 3. Yeeha!

  • Fenomenali, Grandi...discografia completa in vinile!!!

  • Hello Helen. I am remaining obscure not for the sake of being obscure but I am eternally grateful for your championing of the obscure little band I was in on PBS ages ago. Sorry for being obscure!

The dry fields of the outer western suburban fringe of Melbourne will always be Texan....A Fender Jaguar in Mark Ferrie's hands-forever brilliant....Gary, why did you leave Sylvie?

  • what a great blast from the past .. good to still see mr ferrie on rockwizz these days .. where are the rest of you? do u remember me? very best from helen meyer ..

  • I heard this song once(as in once) in an alternative bar/nightclub place in Brisbane called the Vortex. I nearly got into a massive scrap and met this fucking gorgeous blonde chick who then proceeded to roger me into butter back her place. Never saw her or heard that song again. Not bad for a callow kiwi lad of 17. Wonder whats she's doing now.

  • I was just thinking about this song the other day... thanks!
